On Feb 14
9am-11.30am:
-  Preparing for the showroom (arranging all facilities for the showroom)
-  Completing the space for the presentattion and the printing of the carftsman.
-  Preperation for the seminar done by the craftsman Ky Huu Phuoc
11am - 14pm: Taking a rest
14pm - 15pm: Press conference
15pm - 17pm: Opening the exhibition, presenting and setting up the pictures of Sinh village.
17pm - 19pm:
-  Presenting on Hue folk songs by professor Buu Y.
-  Performance by Buu Y’s band

On Feb 15
9am - 11.30am: 
-  Engraving and printing by craftsman Ky Huu Phuoc
11.30am - 14pm: Taking a rest
14pm - 17pm:
-  Discussing and exchanging with craftsman Ky Huu Phuoc.
-  Closing performance.
